Description
Reinventing American wardrobe classics with a modern twist is the project of Hartford, envisioned by Yves Chareton in the United States in 1979. A crucial meeting kickstarted the adventure: a New York manufacturer sold him old stocks of oxford and chambray fabrics, perfect for crafting the first Hartford shirts with a vintage spirit, unavailable in the market. A few years later, the studio returned to Paris. The brand became structured, and commercial development began: the collections expanded and ensured flawlessness in terms of materials and style.
